We closely monitor weather conditions. If the weather isn’t conducive to outdoor shoots, particularly for drone photography, we’ll work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenience. All of our photography comes with a FREE blue sky replacement so most times we can still shoot unless the weather is really bad.

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 48 hours may incur a reschedule fee.

Once your media is ready, we’ll send you a secure download link via email. Once the invoice has been paid, you’ll have access to all your files in high resolution, ready for immediate use.

We offer editing services after the shoot to accommodate any modifications you may need, such as removing temporary objects or similar items. Please note that additional fees may be incurred for these services.
